Returns & Cancellation Policy

We want your experience with thanesports.com to be as perfect as possible. We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle 30 day return and exchange policy from the day of placing the order. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money within 10 days or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Below are few extra details to keep in mind, to make sure you get your refund.

• Shoes must be in brand new condition. You should use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return them.
• Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
• Electronics, bottles and Accessories must be returned unused and with their original package and labels.

thanesports.com reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the product received is the incorrect product. If you received free shipping on your order and you are returning part or the whole order, we will issue you a refund minus our cost of shipping the order to you. (This is usually based on the size of your order.)

For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a thanesports.com coupon of the same value which can be redeemed in a period of one year or we will issue them a cheque.

Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. They will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process and logistics. Customers need to produce the original invoice and the items should be returned in their original packaging.

Cancellation policy:

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
